DC Ranch is an upscale master planned community located in North Scottsdale. There are four main communities located within DC Ranch (Desert Parks Village, Desert Camp Village, Market Street Village and Country Club Village). Silverleaf’s clubhouse is 50,000 sqft and has a full service spa with treatment rooms.

Shopping and Dinning DC Ranch

Market Street, Canyon Village and DC Ranch Crossing are all located inside of DC Ranch and give residents of DC Ranch an array of shopping and dinning experiences to choose from. Market Street is located just as you enter DC Ranch and is one of the hot spots for residents to go for social gatherings and shopping. Canyon Village is located on Thompson Peak Parkway and Union Hills. This shopping center has over 100,000 sqft of retail, shopping and restaurant space that spans over 4.5 acres of land. DC Ranch Crossing is a 27 acre shopping center anchored by AJ’s Fine Food and several other retail shops and dinning.
